Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
Number of guests must be correctly entered at booking. No additional guests are permitted.
Must have a 4×4 vehicle to drive up our mountain !
Check out time is 11:00 am
Check in time is no earlier than 2:00 pm unless prior arrangements have been made
Cleaning fee of $98.00 per stay is added into all bookings
Stocked beverages must all be accounted for in each house or $42.00 will be charged, this can be purchased at booking
Cancellations can only be made and refunded within 3 days of confirmed booking.
Cancellations attempted after 3 days may be considered but not guaranteed and might only be subject to change of dates only.
No extra guests are allowed to stay in houses than are booked.
No other persons are permitted on the property other than our guests during their stay.
No pets.
No parties or events.
No smoking inside houses.
No diving or jumping in pool.
We reserve the right to cancel reservation if any of the above requirements are not met. We reserve the right to cancel your stay without refund if any restrictions above are violated.
